PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a health measurement data relay apparatus to which a fixed IP address is set so as to be managed from a data server only by being connected to a network without requiring a user interface. SOLUTION: A health measurement data relay apparatus comprises: a communication means for performing Internet communication; a storage means storing a mail address that is uniquely identified on the Internet, and first network connection information; a setting means for performing the communication setting of the communication means on the basis of the first network connection information read from the storage means; and a mail generation means for generating mail containing the mail address and the first network connection information read from the storage means and sending the mail to the communication means so as to establish predetermined connection to a network when the apparatus is connected to the network for the first time.
