SOLUTION: This declaration preparation method makes a declaration based on the financial data created by the financial application, and includes a step of storing the financial data in a fiscal year database of a corresponding fiscal year by constructing the fiscal year database in a storage part, a step of writing the financial data of a fiscal year of a carry-over source and declaration data in the fiscal year database of the carry-over side, a step S2 of acquiring a tabulation condition, a step S5 of creating the declaration data by tabulating data by acquiring data of the fiscal year database based on the tabulation condition, and a step S15 of writing the created declaration data in the fiscal year database.
