Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently transfer heater output to a heating chamber by a hot air circulation type heating method. SOLUTION: This heating cooker has a back side wall portion 16 having a group of suction holes A, and groups of exhaust holes B, C, D, E for circulating the air in the heating chamber 25, a heater case 17 disposed at an outer side of the back side wall portion, a stirring circulation fan 18 and a heater 20, the stirring circulation fan 18 and the heater 20 are received in the heater case 17, the group of suction holes A is positioned roughly in the center, and the groups of exhaust holes are respectively positioned at an upper portion side, a lower portion side, and right and left of the group of suction holes A, so that the air of the heating chamber 25 is sucked into the heater case 17 from the group of suction holes A and returned to the heating chamber 25 through the groups of exhaust holes B, C, D, E. The heater 20 is formed roughly into the square shape, at least its one side has a recessed portion at a stirring circulation fan 18 side inside of the roughly-square shape, and the heater is placed on a position same as the hole at a windward side with respect to each of the groups of exhaust holes, or a position at the windward side.
