Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the excessive amplitude of a piston in low-load and also ease resistance of power in excessive load, by simple structure. SOLUTION: In this linear drive compressor, gas compressed in a cylinder 9 is delivered from a delivery port 12 by reciprocating a piston 8 in the cylinder 9. An orifice hole 13 which can be elongated and contracted by the elastic deformation of an aperture allowing gas to pass therethrough according to pressure of gas compressed in the cylinder 9, is arranged in a part communicating with the delivery port 12.
