Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powdery, fine particular or granular preparation, effectively masking the unpleasant taste of a medicine having the unpleasant taste and also excellent in elution property. SOLUTION: This powdery, fine particular or granular preparation is obtained by coating powder containing the medicine having the unpleasant taste and having 1 to 200 μm mean particle diameter with a film of a composition containing a polymer dissolvable in stomach, and granulating.
