Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an expansive material composition for pop-out prevention comprising a pop-out preventive material, and made into a cement cured body free from the generation of pop-out, and having durability and a fine sight. SOLUTION: The expansive material composition for pop-out prevention comprises an expansive material and a pop-out preventive material composed of swellable clay, and, in the total of the expansive material and pop-out material of 100 pts., the ratio of the expansive material is 99.9 to 99.0 pts., and the ratio of the pop-out preventive material is 0.1 to 1 pts. In the expansive material composition, the pop-out preventive material further comprises calcium lignosulfonate and/or a super absorbent polymer. Also disclosed is a cement composition comprising cement and the same expansive material composition. In the cement composition, the ratio of the expansive material composition is 3 to 20 pts. in 100 pts. of the binder composed of the cement and the expansive material composition.
