Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new waterproof sheet enabling a method (lapping method) of overlap-bonding ends of sheets to each other despite their surfaces having three-dimensionally crosslinked surface-protective layers. SOLUTION: The waterproof sheet comprises a waterproof sheet substrate (A) formed of a thermoplastic resin and a three-dimensionally crosslinked surface-protective layer (B), and is characterized by having an end area (C) in which the surface-protective layer (B) does not exist and the waterproof sheet substrate (A) is exposed as the area for overlap-bonding the waterproof sheets to each other or bonding the sheet to another thermoplastic resin-made member by overlapping them at a part.
