PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an apparatus for molding a resin-molded article where expansion of blow-molded body is not interrupted. SOLUTION: The method of molding the resin-molded article includes: injecting a foamable resin 31 into a blow-molded hollow body 23 formed by blow-molding a parison; thereafter moving the core 13 of a molding die 10 at a prescribed distance toward a die-opening direction to expand the cavity volume of the die 10; and accelerating foaming of the foamable resin to expand the blow-molded body. When injecting the foamable resin into the blow molded body, the pressure in the blow-molded body is controlled so as to suppress foaming of the foamable resin injected into the blow-molded body.
