Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a capacitor-embedded printed circuit board, having a low inductance and a high capacitance. SOLUTION: The capacitor-embedded printed circuit board includes a multilayer polymer capacitor layer 21; at least one first internal electrode 24 and second internal electrode 27 isolated by at least one of a plurality of polymer sheets and paired in an interdigitated arrangement; a plurality of first extraction electrodes 25a and second extraction electrodes 28a connected to the internal electrodes; at least one insulating layer stacked on one or both faces of the multilayer polymer capacitor layer, the at least one insulating layer having a plurality of conductive patterns and conductive via holes formed to constitute interlayer circuits; a plurality of first via holes for a capacitor 26 formed penetrating through the multilayer polymer capacitor layer to be connected with the first extraction electrodes; and a plurality of second via holes for a capacitor 29 formed penetrating through the multilayer polymer capacitor layer to be connected with the second extraction electrodes.
