Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To statically detect a release omission of a dynamically secured or occupied resource and an insertion position of resource release processing without needing a rule file in program development. SOLUTION: A resource securing and occupying position search processing part 2 sequentially reads each step of an executable program composed of machine words obtained by converting a source program 1 of a verification object, and detects an instruction word that secures and occupies a resource; a resource release position search processing part 4 searches the existence/absence of an instruction word for releasing the resource secured and occupied by the instruction word detected by the resource securing and occupying part 2 over the whole processing route of the executable program, and if the instruction word for releasing the resource can not be detected, a resource release omission notification processing part 7 notifies a resource release omission of a corresponding source program.
