Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a substrate from being damaged due to static electricity. SOLUTION: The electronic device includes a maintenance part which is maintained by an operator; and a hand touch part which is disposed in the maintenance part, and made of a conductive material, and connected to a ground disposed on an apparatus main body. Since the hand-touch part is disposed in the maintenance part and connected to the ground, static electricity generated in the operator is discharged to the ground via the hand-touch part and prevented from flowing to the substrate.
