Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning blade which is highly elastic while maintaining wear resistance characteristics of the blade as a whole, and which has excellent cleaning performance toward spherical toner particles with small particle sizes. SOLUTION: The cleaning blade is characterized in that it is formed by at least making a urethane prepolymer component (B) having isocyanate groups on both ends, and a hardening agent component (C) containing a diol and a tri- to octavalent polyol, react with each other under presence of a phosphoric acid ester salt (A) of an alkylene oxide addition product of an aliphatic alcohol, and be subjected to hardening.
