PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a small fixed quantity supply device of powder which supplies a small fixed quantity in a state having a most desirable fluidity in accordance with a variety of the parameters of the material of the powder, a particle diameter, the tilted angle of a tubular path, a vibration number, an amplitude or the like based on fluid characteristics data and fixed quantity supply data that are preliminarily measured. SOLUTION: The fixed quantity supply device A of the powder is provided with a flow part 10 having the tubular path 1 with the same diameter in a length direction which is held in a vertical or tilted shape and a bottom plate 3 which is oppositely placed at the lower end of the tubular path 1 with a predetermined small gap δ, vibration means 13 which are respectively mounted on the tubular path 1 and the bottom plate 3, and a vibration and calculation control part 20 for controlling the vibration number and amplitude of the vibration means 13. The vibration means 13 is vibrated or stopped by transmitting or stopping control signals which are transmitted from the vibration and calculation control part 20 to each vibration means 13. Accordingly, the fixed quantity supply device A is constituted to supply a small fixed quantity by discharging the powder from the small gap and stopping it. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
