Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for detecting Burkholderia plantarii and Burkholderia glumae by using the loop-mediated isothermal amplification (LAMP process). SOLUTION: The LAMP primer for detecting Burkholderia plantarii comprises a primer set using the whole five kinds of primers having specific base sequences, anneals in a specific gene region of Burkholderia plantarii and amplifies the specific gene by the Loop-Mediated Isothermal Amplification (LAMP process). The LAMP primer for detecting Burkholderia glumae comprises a primer set using the whole five kinds of primers having specific base sequences, anneals in a specific gene region of Burkholderia glumae and amplifies the specific gene by the LAMP process. The method for detecting Burkholderia plantarii and Burkholderia glumae comprises using these primers.
