Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the jointing method of a wiring member capable of joining each of a first electrode and a second electrode in a preventing condition from pollution by fume and in a stable and suitable condition, while preventing an unintended thermal deformation of a first and a second wiring members. SOLUTION: The joining method of the wiring member electrically joint a first wiring member 57 of a thin film with a plurality of first electrodes 61 arranged in parallel with one another, to a second wiring member 55 with a plurality of second electrodes 60 which is arranged corresponding to each of the first electrodes 61 of a thin-film wiring member. The first wiring member 57 is disposed opposite to the second wiring member 55 so as to bring the first electrode 61 into an opposite disposition and contact with the second electrode 60. A stream of a fluid is formed directed toward the backside of the first wiring member 57, the first wiring member 57 is pressed toward the second wiring member 55, and thereby the first electrode 61 is brought into tight contact with the second electrode 60; and by having a laser beam irradiated in such a state, the first electrodes 61 are jointed to the second electrodes 60, respectively.
