Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sales promotion system for achieving sales promotion by effectively pleasing and delight a customer who visits. SOLUTION: This sales promotion system equipped with a function for managing merchandise sales information acquired from a POS terminal installed in a store when a customer purchases merchandise for every customer, is provided with an information management means for managing the merchandise sales information and customer attribute information showing the attributes of the customer for ever customer; a customer extraction means for extracting the customer based on the customer attribute information managed by the management means and a plurality of conditions relating to the merchandise sales information; a sales promotion plan setting means for setting a predetermined sales promotion plan corresponding to each customer extracted by the customer extraction means; and a sales promotion plan implementation means for implementing a sales promotion plan set by the sales promotion plan setting means through the POS terminal or its peripheral equipment when the customer extracted by the customer extraction means purchases the merchandise next time.
