PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve security and to reduce a maintenance load of a mobile terminal, in a railroad maintenance work management system of a system using a public communication network to provide the mobile terminal with maintenance work-managing information. SOLUTION: This railroad maintenance work management system 1 has: an information provision screen creation device 13; an identification/authentication device 14; and the mobile terminal 18 carried by a worker on a maintenance work site. The information provision screen creation device is made to register a maintenance work plan prepared on each the maintenance work site, and is made to prepare an information provision screen for presenting the maintenance work-managing information of each the maintenance work site in each the maintenance work site. The identification/authentication device is made to identify the maintenance work site related to the mobile terminal based on terminal identification information sent from the mobile terminal and maintenance work site identification information. The information presentation screen for the maintenance work site is provided to the mobile terminal wherein the maintenance work site is identified by communication by the public communication network 17.
