Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game card system and a management device for releasing the suspension of use of a game card, whose use is suspended, if a prescribed condition is satisfied. SOLUTION: The management device 200 can communicate with a card using terminal (a card unit 300 or a checkout machine 400). Card information including the information on the suspension of use of game cards is stored in a storage part 203, and whether a game card satisfies a condition for releasing the suspension or not is determined by a determining part 207 when the game card whose use is suspended is used at the card using terminal.
