Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a ceramic multilayer plate wherein the controls of the film thicknesses of its inner resistance layers are so made easy by a simpler method than conventional ones as to be able to reduce the variation of their resistance values obtained after burning them. SOLUTION: When manufacturing the ceramic multilayer plate 60 having a plurality of ceramic layers 10, 20, 30, 40, 50 comprising a laminate structure, and having a plurality of conductor layers disposed in the inside of the plurality of ceramic layers and subjected to interlayer connections, and further, having a resistance layer 55a disposed in the inside of the plurality of ceramic layers and connected with two conductor layers 22a, 22b, after forming a paste layer of the resistance layer on a green sheet, paste layers of the two conductor layers are so formed on the green sheet that one end portion of the paste layer of each conductor layer overlaps with one end portion of the paste layer of the resistance layer, and thereafter, they are burned.
