PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system allowing a seller to safely settle a price of a commodity ordered by use of a credit card. SOLUTION: In this settlement processing system, a management server 91 receives order reception information that is information related to the commodity performed with order reception from an order reception device 81, and receives purchase information that is information related to the commodity purchased by a consumer 14 from a terminal device 71. The management server 91 transmits an order reception money amount that is the price of the commodity performed with the order reception included in the order reception information and a purchase money amount that is the price of the commodity purchased by the consumer included in the purchase information to a settlement server 111. The settlement server 111 receives the order reception money amount and the purchase money amount, and decides whether to perform credit to the seller or not based thereon.
