Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide foil in which gold and silver are integrated in the surface and rear, where gold and silver harmless to the human body even if being used for food are integrated, thus the respective healthy actions of the gold and silver to the human body are efficiently brought out, and further, which can be inexpensively provided without damaging gorgeousness. SOLUTION: The gold-silver foil is obtained by integrating gold and silver in the surface and rear. As the integrating means, desirably, the one where the gold-silver foil is provided with a surface-rear integrated structure by a means of vacuum deposition, the ratio of the gold is desirably controlled to 10 to 90% by weight, and the gold-silver foil may be finely pulverized, so as to be a powdery shape. Further, regarding the method for producing the gold-silver foil, by a method where gold and silver in a prescribed ratio or an alloy of gold and silver is stored in a boat within a vacuum vessel, and vacuum deposition is performed while gradually increasing the temperature, thus the silver is first vapor-deposited and the gold is next vapor-deposited by a difference between the melting point temperatures of the gold and silver, so as to form the gold-silver foil. When a mask with an extraction shape is used, the gold-silver foil having a specific character or shape is formed on a sample. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
