Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide electronic equipment wherein the number of components can be reduced and an LED and a display panel can be easily positioned. SOLUTION: The electronic equipment 1, which is installed and used outdoor, is provided with a box 3 to house components comprising the electronic equipment 1, a cover 4 to blockade an opening of the box 3, a printed board unit 5 in which electronic components are mounted, and a block 6 that is made of an opaque material and is arranged between the printed board unit 5 and the cover 4 and wherein a plurality of holes 34 are made. The printed board unit 5 has a plurality of LEDs 21 for indicating the operation state of the electronic equipment 1. The cover 4 is provided with a window 41 that has a larger area than an area AL wherein the LEDs 21 are arranged and that is covered with a transparent material and is opposite to the area AL. The block 6 is arranged in a manner that the light emission of the LEDs 21 can be visually and individually observed from the outside of the electronic equipment 1 through the holes 34 and the window 41.
