Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switching power supply circuit which can stably operate a protection circuit. SOLUTION: The switching power supply circuit comprises a diode DP in which an anode is connected to a connecting node of a diode D5 and a capacitor C8, and a cathode is connected to a connecting node of a diode D4 and a capacitor C7. By such a configuration, a terminal C side can be short-circuited via the diode DP even if, for example, a terminal B side is short-circuited due to the breakage of the capacitor C7. Transistors Q3 to Q5 can surely be turned off accordingly, and the protection circuit 4 can surely be operated. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
