PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a security technology to be used for notifying a predetermined addressee with an emergency without increasing a burden of the predetermined addressee. SOLUTION: When receiving an emergency signal, the security device 1 start to measure a predetermined time and transmits a start signal to a radio operation device 4 except an operation device transmitting the emergency signal. When receiving the start signal, the radio operation device 4 generates vibrations for the predetermined time. The security device 1 decides not to notify a monitoring center 7 when the security device 1 receives a cancel signal transmitted from the radio operation device 4 before the predetermined time elapses. When the predetermined time elapses without receiving the cancel signal, or when the emergency signal is received again within the predetermined time, the security device 1 decides to notify the monitoring center 7, and transmits an image taken by a monitoring camera 2 to the monitoring center 7 along with an alarm showing occurrence of an abnormal condition.
