Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attenuate electric noise generated between a flexible substrate and a circuit board in a casing. SOLUTION: Electronic equipment includes a casing 2, the circuit board 7 disposed in the casing 2, an electronic device 9a disposed in the casing 2, a holding member 8 disposed in the casing 2 while holding the electronic device 9a, and the FPC 9b which has one end part electrically connected to the electronic device 9a and the other end part electrically connected to the circuit board 7. The FPC 9b has an opposition part disposed opposite the circuit board 7 and the holding member 8 has an extension part 8b extending between the circuit board 7 and the opposition part of the FPC 9b.
