Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an alarm system which can be used for issuing a warning about a worker's location without using a GPS function of detecting a current position. SOLUTION: Respective worker of a track maintenance work team carry worker terminals 100a to 100e and a leader carries a leader terminal 300. The worker terminals 100 execute ad hoc communication by multihop communication and regularly transmit their own identification information to the leader terminal 300. In the leader terminal 300, the worker terminal 100a which does not regularly send the identification information is automatically detected to issue a warning that location of the worker carrying the worker terminal 100a is not obtained.
