Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food material mixer preventing water vapor which occurs from a hot food material in a mixing boiler from flowing backward to a food material cooling blowing fan side to avoid failure of a blowing fan. SOLUTION: This food material mixer is provided with a drainage means 80 which drains dew condensation produced in a duct 60 communicating with a mixing boiler 2 from a blowing fan 11. The drainage means 80 is composed of a dew condensation receiver 61 which receives dew condensation, and a drainage pipe 62 which appropriately opens and closes to drain. The inner bottom 59 of the duct 60 is upward inclined to the blowing fan 11, and the dew condensation receiver 61 is provided on the lowest part of the inner bottom 59. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
