PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an accounting information collection and analysis system, capable of performing as-needed calculation of a management index and linkage thereof with original transaction data related to an account title of financial statements by use of various transaction data collected and converted/accumulated into a data format of a unified structured language. SOLUTION: The system for supporting management state analysis by converting/accumulating transaction data of financial information into the data format of the unified structured language comprises a financial statement structure rule storage part; a data conversion structure rule storage part storing a data conversion structure rule including the same accounting titles as in the financial statements as elements; a mapping file storage part storing the correspondence between each item name of the transaction data and each element name of the data conversion structure rule; a data conversion part creating financial information data from the transaction data in reference to the mapping file; and a management index data creation part creating management index data for performing the management state analysis by a business index calculation rule according to the business index by use of the financial information data.
