Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a winding machine, capable of making wire drawing speed constant, and restraining tensional fluctuation. SOLUTION: In this winding device 10 having a wire source 22 which delivers the wire, and a spindle 40 around which the wire 12 delivered from the wire source 22 is wound and which rotates and drives a divided core 16 in a rectangular shape, a nozzle part 46 which sends out the wire 12 delivered from the wire source 22 toward the divided core 16, and a rotation position adjusting part 52 which maintains the winding direction of the wire 12 to the divided core 16 roughly constant, and adjusts the position of the spindle 40 so that central track of the rotating spindle 40 may become a shape of heart 51 are provided.
