PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting implement for a rail member capable of arranging the rail member between structural bodies of a building and installing a heat insulating material without drooping it, and to provide a supporting structure of the heat insulating material for a floor by utilizing it. SOLUTION: This mounting implement 15 for the rail member is provided with a locking piece 20, a first vertical piece 21, a pressing piece 22 extended in the horizontal direction from the first vertical piece 21, and a second vertical piece 23 suspended from the tip of the pressing piece 22. A projecting part 24 abutted on the upper face of the end of the rail member 40 is formed on the lower face of the pressing piece part 22, a front opening 25 in which the end of the rail member 40 is inserted is formed at the second vertical piece 23, and a distance between the lower side 25a of the front opening 25 and the lower end of the projecting part 24 when viewed in the horizontal direction is shorter than a thickness in the vertical direction of the rail member 40. This mounting implement 15 is mounted to a position where the floor structural bodies 10 face each other, both ends of the rail member 40 are held to the mounting implement 15 to arrange the rail member 40, and the heat insulating material 50 is supported to these rail members 40.
