Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antenna which shows wide-band gain characteristics and has a simple structure, and a lower posture. SOLUTION: An end of a short side 11a of an L-shaped element 11 having the short side 11a and a long side 11b formed by bending a predetermined length of conductor in an L shape is connected to a tip of a center conductor 10c of a coaxial cable 10. Consequently, the L-shaped element 11 is folded back to the coaxial cable 10 at the height of the short side 11a, and the long side 11b is disposed almost in parallel to the coaxial cable 10. The length L of the L-shaped element 11 is set to be about 1/4 wavelength so as to nearly resonate with a desired wavelength of a frequency band. Furthermore, the height H of the short side 11a is set to about 0.009 wavelength or more. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
