Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic light emitting display device which has an improved contrast and shock resistance. SOLUTION: For the purpose of improving a contrast, the organic light emitting display device is provided with a substrate, organic light emitting elements which are arranged on the substrate and form an image, a sealing member formed on the organic light emitting elements, a semi-transmitting membrane which is formed on one surface facing outside out of two surfaces of the sealing member and transmits a part of an external light and reflects another part, a protecting membrane which is formed on the semi-transmitting membrane to cover the semi-transmitting membrane and protects the semi-transmitting membrane and a transmitting black layer which is formed between the organic light emitting elements and the sealing member and improves a contrast.
