Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily hold the temperature of air in a housing tank, even when a housing tank for housing a sample has a multilayered structure. SOLUTION: A first housing tank 101 and the second housing tank 102 housed therein are provided. A cooler 142 is provided so as to cool the air in a second housing tank 102, when the temperature of the air in the second housing tank 102 rises excessively rises. The sample S is arranged in the second housing tank 102, and projection parts 111 are fixed to the inner surface of the first housing tank 101. The dew condensation water D, formed on the inner surface of the first housing tank 101, is guided by the projection parts 111 to reach the outer surface of a second housing tank 102 and evaporated on the outer surface of the second housing tank 102.
