SOLUTION: The thermoplastic elastomer composition is formed by dynamically crosslinking a composition comprising (A) a thermoplastic resin of 10-70 pts.wt., (B) a modified butyl rubber composition of 30-90 pts.wt. containing a modified butyl rubber prepared by reacting a butyl rubber with a compound (a) having a nitroxide free radical in the molecule that is stable at ordinary temperature in the presence of oxygen, a radical initiator (b) and a bi- or higher functional radically polymerizable monomer (c), and (C) a crosslinking agent of 0.01-15 pts.wt.
