PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power deposition removing device effectively removing excessive powders of a tablet adhered to a carrying belt carrying and inspecting tablets, and capable of operating for a long time, and a tablet inspecting device. SOLUTION: The power deposition removing device 10 is provided with carrying surfaces of carrying belts 12, 22 inspecting poor tablets while carrying the tablets, and a suction groove having suction holes for sucking the tablets to the carrying surfaces; and removes the excessive powers of the tablets adhered to the suction grooves. The power deposition removing device 10 comprises a compressed air supplying means supplying compressed air, an injection nozzle jetting the compressed air by the compressed air supplying means for removing the excessive powers depositing in the suction groove, inspection cameras 11, 21 detecting the excessive powers adhered to the suction groove on the basis of an image signal obtained by shooting the suction groove, and belt cleaning control devices 30, 40 controlling the compressed air supplying means to jet the compressed air, according to the detection of the excessive powers by the inspection cameras 11, 21.
