Two knock pins 23, 25 provided at the stationary divided body 11 are inserted into knock holes 43, 47 provided at the movable divided bodies 35, 37, respectively, and a knock pin 45 provided at the movable divided body 35 is inserted into a knock hole 27 provided at the stationary divided body 13.
