Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To readily formulate patterns of a trimming code, and further to simplify circuit configuration and reduce the circuit scale. SOLUTION: A logic circuit block 10 outputs a selection signal S10-1(="H"), when trimming signals TRIM_0 to TRIM_n from multiple trimming control terminals 1-0 to 1-n form a predetermined combination and outputs a selection signal S10-2(="L"), when the signals TRIM_0 to TRIM_n form a combination other than a predetermined combination. A fuse block 20 generates trimming signals FUSE_0 to FUSE_n which are programmed by blowout of a fuse. A selector block 30 selects the signals FUSE_0 to FUSE_n and imparts them to the trimming block 40, when the signal S10-1 is input and selects signals TRIM_0 to TRIM_n and imparts them to the trimming block 40, when the signal S10-2 is input and allows the trimming block 40 to perform trimming.
