Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a front part structure for a vehicle capable of efficiently absorbing energy at the time of head-on collision. SOLUTION: The front part structure for the vehicle 1 is provided with a pair of side frames 2 and a first cross member 31. The pair of side frames 2 are positioned on both sides in the vehicle width direction and extended to the longitudinal direction. The first cross member 31 is extended to the vehicle width direction and connects front end parts 25 of the pair of side frames 3 with each other. The front end part 25 has a projecting part 26 integrally extended forwardly from the first cross member 31. At the time of head-on collision of the vehicle 1, the projecting parts 26 absorb energy, so as to reduce deformation of rear sides of the front end parts 25 of the side frames 2.
