Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opening part device of a building capable of providing a feeling of freedom, improving ventilation property, achieving excellent daylighting, and obtaining satisfactory view when opening a window. SOLUTION: This opening part device of the building is provided with right and left vertical sashes 14, a window sliding screen 20 supported in the right and left vertical sashes 14, and a wire screen 30 supported in the right and left vertical sashes 14 on an outdoor side or an indoor side more than the window sliding screen 20. The window sliding screen 20 and the wire screen 30 are provided to slide and move freely in the vertical direction along the right and left vertical sashes 14 independently from each other and can be stored between an external wall 51 and an internal wall 52.
