PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a gel having one-dimensional to three-dimensional structure and a device therefor capable of simply manufacturing the gel having various one-dimensional to three-dimensional structure. SOLUTION: The gel having desired one-dimensional to three-dimensional structure is measured by jetting a liquid droplet of a gel-forming A-liquid from the outside of the gel-forming B liquid for generating the gel by an ink jet method when contacting with the A-liquid to the B-liquid while changing the arrival position of the A-liquid, that is, by drawing the A-liquid on the B-liquid.
