Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide (i) a technique to cover and include the surface of permanent magnet doubl with a synthetic resin to carry out corrosion protection treatment, (ii) a technique to remove an impurity in a fluid (water) and to provide a mineral after activation, and further (iii) a technique to activate a fluid (liquid fuel) to enhance combustion efficiency. SOLUTION: (i) Layers 1 and 2 are joined after covered, included and contact-bonded with a bag-shaped polyvinyl chloride sheet and high-pressure polyethylene sheet. (ii) An adsorption ceramic ball or a radioactive ceramic ball is solely mixed or mixed at a suction port, a mineral ceramic ball is placed at a discharge port, electric stone containing ceramics are provided at a magnetic part, and the permanent magnet is provided in a fluid passing through in each inner tube made of infrared radiation ceramics. (iii) The radioactive ceramic ball is placed at the suction port and the discharge port, and the electric stone containing ceramics at the magnetic port, and the permanent magnet is provided in the fluid passing through in each inner tube made of the infrared radiation ceramics.
