Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a loading implement having a high versatility and requiring no fixtures such as a bolt, a nut or the like or no tools for mounting and demounting. SOLUTION: The loading implement is interposed between a rack and electronic equipment loaded to the rack. The loading implement has a slender rail member 1, a sliding member 2 slidably fitted to the rail number 1 in the longitudinal direction of the rail member 1 and fixing mechanisms 20 fitted at the ends of the rail member 1 and the sliding member 2 respectively. The fixing mechanism 20 has a hook 21 capable of being engaged or released to and from a mounting hole 102 formed to the rack and a pin 31 capable of being inserted or removed to and from the mounting hole 102 different from the hole 102 engaging the hook 21.
