Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance an anti-wet-out effect by incliningly refracting light made incident at least in two dimensions by forming a plurality of curved prism units on one surface of a substrate and a mat having projected microstructure units on the other surface. SOLUTION: In a mat 13, a plurality of projected microstructure units 131 are formed, and the fine projected structure units 131 are formed to have at least two kinds of projected heights with respect to the second surface 11b of the substrate 11. The light made incident from the mat 13 is diffused by the projected microstructure units 131 of the mat 13. In the curved prism unit 12, at least one surface extending in a meandering line is formed. Thereby, an appropriate change in the surface curvature is formed and the light is guided to be refracted at least in two dimensions, and the light is again emitted from the curved prism unit 12.
