Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cement mortar composition which gives excellent flow properties and has a suitable length change rate and a high strength capacity. SOLUTION: The cement mortar composition comprises cement, an expansive additive, pozzolana fine powder, a water reducing agent and fine aggregate; wherein the expansive additive is a calcium aluminoferrite based expansive additive; the pozzolana is a silica-based fine powder containing at least 90% of silicate dioxide (SiO2) and having a hydrogen ion concentration in an acid region; and the reducing agent is a polycarboxylic acid-based reducing agent. Also preferably, the plaster is an anhydrous gypsum having a Blaine specific surface area of 2,000-6,000 cm2/g and the fine aggregate is a heavy weight aggregate having a density of at least 3.0 g/cm3.
