Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that direct radiation of electromagnetic waves emitted from interconnecting wires because an instantaneous transient current generated by a switching current (a transient through current) or the like flows through internal wiring, and indirect radiation emitted because a signal is generated by voltage drop of internal power source and an abrupt voltage change which are resulting from the instantaneous transient current and then the signal thus generated is overlapped on an IO output terminal to be output, and as a result unwanted radiation resulting from the direct and indirect radiations has reached a nonnegligible level. SOLUTION: Skew adjustments of a clock inside an ASIC is performed in a distributed manner to eliminate the unwanted radiation by a system using its ASIC. Specifically, at least two or more blocks which are connected with the same clock terminal and from the terminals of which the clock skews are different from each other are formed. Then, timings to execute a clocking-on operation are allowed to be different from each other and thereby the connection with a power supply is practiced with a contact arranged astride a plurality of the blocks at least between the same power source lines.
