SOLUTION: The cellular phone is characterized in that a control part 1 performs control so as to display an incoming call so that a TV viewing screen in an LCD 5 is not overlapped by an incoming call display control function 1b and a ring tone (e-mail receiving tone) from a speaker 10 is suppressed by a ring tone suppression function 1c when the incoming call or an e-mail is received during TV viewing on the LCD 5 by an incoming call detection function 1a.
