Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an optical apparatus module simple in structure and small in size, to be manufactured. SOLUTION: The optical apparatus module is composed of: a flexible board which is equipped with a terminal 38 used for being coupled to an optical device, and a wiring pattern 34 located on both sides and connected to the terminal 38; a first resist layer 56 formed on the mounting surface of the flexible board where the optical device 10 is mounted; a cover layer 58 provided to the surface of the flexible board opposite to its other surface where the optical device 10 is mounted; an adhesive sheet 60 pasted on the outside of the cover layer 58 for reinforcement; and a second resist layer 62 provided to the outside of the adhesive sheet 60 for shading.
