Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily make an ophthalmic surgical drape adhere to both upper and lower margins of the eye without requiring the use of separate instruments for cutting and adjusting. SOLUTION: This ophthalmic surgical drape 270 includes: a sheet having side edges opposite to each other, end edges opposite to each other, two apertures 272, 274 spaced from the side edges and end edges of the sheet, two tear lines 276, 278 in the sheet extending substantially from the apertures substantially to approach each other at an angle of inclination toward one end edge, and two tear lines 280, 282 on the same line extending from the apertures to both side edges to divide the sheet into three portions; and fields 284, 286 of skin compatible adhesive adjacent to two apertures, respectively, each field being traversed by one of the tear lines so as to divide each field into at least two adhesive portions.
