Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lock device which has a simple structure and exerts a positive action, and to provide an openable window which allows its sash to be switched to a fully-opened state and a half-opened state by virtue of provision of the lock device, can open and set the sash at a suitable location, and is excellent in operability, crime prevention performance, and safety. SOLUTION: According to the structure of the lock device 1, when a slide operating portion 5 operable from outside a case 2, is connected to a slider 4, and a trigger 3 presses a spring 31 to retreat, by operating the slide operating portion 5 in a sliding direction of the slider 4, the slider 4 passes through a receding surface, and therefore sliding operation of the slider 4 is inhibited. Further a protrusion length of an engaging pin 42 from the other surface of the case 2 can be set to two stages of an extending state and a receding state, to thereby achieve holding of locking or cancellation of the locking.
