SOLUTION: The circulation flow type wind tunnel device 10 for making an air flow generated by a blower flow into the first diffusion barrel 4 via a collector duct 9, after the air flow is blown out from a diffusing port 7 opened to the measuring chamber 8 toward an inside of the measuring chamber 8, is provided with a duct 20 for communicating an inside of the first diffusion barrel 4 or an inside of a flow passage of the air flow positioned in a downstream of the first diffusion barrel 4, with the measuring chamber 8.
